Aimable Mugabo was born on 7th/11/1997, in Kigali,Rwanda currently based in Poland.

He works in a variety of Media. By focusing on techniques and materials, his Artworks vary from Paintings and Paper crafts and are notable for their perfect finish and tactile nature. By exploring the concept of abstract and storytelling in a nostalgic way, Mugabo investigates the dynamics of beauty and imperfection with different colors and shapes. Including the manipulation of its effects and the limits of spectacle based on our assumptions of what a work of art means to the individuals.

Rather than presenting a factual reality, an illusion is fabricated to conjure the realms of our imagination. His practice also includes the conservation of nature by utilizing recycled materials like newspapers and incorporating modern design techniques, he makes beautiful handmade crafts.

He had his first solo exhibition in 2018.

In Toruń he conducted different workshops with Dom Kultury, EMIC foundation and meetings in Blind society, kindergarten, primary school and he also illustrated children's tale - Ant Mur and Other ants.
