Nkem Odeh-Ifeyinwa is a visual artist born March 7, 1994 in Ile - Ife, Osun State, but from Ika - South Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria by origin.
He is licensed by the Department of Fine and Applied Art also known as the Ife School of Art at Obafemi Awolowo University.
Nkem's expressions hover around Figurativism. He performs this art genre mainly in mixed media, where he overlays news prints, oil paints, acrylic and pastel content to create his shapes and elucidate his visual expressions. These include their life experiences, social issues and also nature and its beauty.
He is currently exploring the use of discarded aluminum foil and other painting mediums to document and tell stories based on his visual experience.
Its exploration further highlights the importance of recycling, upcyle, waste and garbage for art.
