Odutayo Ayomide was born on February 4, 2001.

Odutayo is an emerging visual artist born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria where he still lives and works.

His works are inspired by the black people around him and the way these same people respond to the situations around them.

Creative works such as music, books, paintings and sculptures have a huge influence on his works. Some people, with their creative work, like Jean Michel Basquiat, Wizkid, Jay Z, Chimamanda Adiche are his biggest influencers.

His works are textured. For this reason, Odutayo prefers to work with acrylic paints for their quick-drying character that allows him to add more layers quickly.

Odutayo is a self-taught artist and currently has works in private collections throughout Europe and America.
