Filipe Conde, better known as Sapate, was born in Cabinda on September 22, 1982.

His passion for the visual arts began at an early age with his uncle, who was a sculptor.

He has attended several Ateliers, including Atelier Mawete, where he is still a disciple and works as a secretary.

He has already had several solo and group exhibitions and participated in several projects, such as advertising for the world cup in Russia in 2018 for the coca-cola brand.

He is a member of UNAP - National Union of Plastic Artists.
