African Visual Narratives, Identity and Symbolism

Fine Art Painting Collectors and Emerging Malawian Artists

"Delman’s work examines the psychology of becoming, using the figure to explore memory, thought, and emotional interiority. Blue—appearing as skin, shadow, or atmosphere—anchors his compositions, conveying resilience, longing, and the unspoken self. Working primarily in acrylic, he builds immersive, introspective environments. Situated within contemporary African expressionism, his practice advances emotional storytelling through colour, form, and symbolism."
