Black Frequency by Treasure Mlima is a commanding work of Black Art, created in mixed media on carved Supawood. Through layered textures and sculptural depth, Mlima channels the unseen rhythms that connect body, spirit, and cultural memory into a visual vibration that feels both ancestral and futuristic.

The carved surface becomes a pulse — an echo of heritage transformed into contemporary expression. Rich in symbolism and tactile presence, Black Frequency is not only an artwork but also a resonance of history, identity, and belonging within the global language of Black Art.

As part of Afrikanizm Art’s curated collection, Black Frequency stands as a monumental piece for collectors seeking contemporary African works that merge material innovation with cultural depth. It is both a testament to resilience and a beacon of the ever-expanding frequency of Black Art across the world.
