Yeanzi

Saint-Étienne Yeanzi (b. 1988, Katiola, Côte d'Ivoire) is a visual artist based between Abidjan and Paris. Working across painting, photography, collage, and fused plastic, he explores identity, community, and memory through a dialogue between realism and surrealism. Transforming everyday materials into faces and forms, Yeanzi reflects on collective consciousness and the politics of belonging. His major series — Persona, Projections, Colloquium, Somnium, and Ecosystème — reveal a practice where technical experimentation meets deep social and philosophical inquiry.
