About The Artwork

“The Last Supper” confronts the duality within religion: the Bible as both a spiritual bridge to the divine and a historical tool of oppression and enslavement. Part of the Samson project, the work combines painting and mixed techniques—collage, layering, and vibrant color—to question social customs and inherited practices. Rooted in family, historical, and cultural references, it unfolds as an intuitive and timeless creation, a warm, rhythmic, and mystical composition that invites reflection on faith, power, and collective memory.
