About The Artwork

At the center of the composition, a woman emerges with a gaze both melancholic and precise — an eye that does not merely see, but senses and weighs existence. Her calm expression carries a quiet wisdom, marked by lived awareness.

Flanking her, two female figures unfold as reflections of inner duality: one inverted, embodying mental unrest and vulnerability; the other upright, steady, gently supporting the central face — a gesture of care, strength, and grounding. Soft blues, lilacs, and greens create a contemplative atmosphere of introspection, spirituality, and healing.

The Two Sides of the Gaze reflects the tension and harmony between inner forces, offering a poetic meditation on the complexity of the feminine experience.
