Cianeh Kpukuyou
Cianeh A. Kpukuyou (Ask) is a documentary lifestyle photographer and creative director based in Accra, Ghana. Her practice is grounded in authentic visual storytelling, focusing on everyday life and the lived realities of individuals and communities.
She has collaborated with international institutions and brands including Tate Modern, Paramount Studios, WaterAid, Vogue, Amazon Prime, and UNESCO, where she completed a film residency. Her work has been exhibited internationally, published in The Guardian, and screened at Soho House London. She has also contributed to projects such as The Year Time Stopped, El Anatsui: Behind the Red Moon, and was selected for the University of the Witwatersrand’s 2025 research initiative Atlas of Uncertainty: Journeys Transforming African Cityscapes.
